Hours and Holidays
Accugenix business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
Results are issued by 6:30 PM ET on the due date. If samples are submitted after 3 PM ET, TAT will begin the following business day.
Samples submitted for same day TAT require notification prior to their arrival. Please contact Customer Support at 302.292.8888 with shipper and tracking number. These samples must be shipped for arrival at Accugenix by 8:30 AM ET.
Accugenix is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major US holidays. In the event you require same day microbial identification results on a Saturday, Accugenix is prepared to support you. So that Accugenix can receive your shipment on a Saturday and process your same day samples, please contact Customer Support by 3:00 PM on Friday. Upon receipt of your call, we will schedule our lab services to meet your organization's needs. Additional fees will apply.
