Step 3. Shipping Your Samples
Follow these simple tips to ensure your samples arrive intact and ready to be processed upon arrival.
1. Ensure that the codes on your samples match the sample identification codes on the Identification Request Form (IRF).
2. Enclose a completed and signed IRF with each shipment.
3. Use triple containment with absorbent material when shipping live organisms.
4. Pack samples with cushioning material to prevent damage in shipping.
5. Ship for overnight delivery, unless sending Same Day samples (see below).

Same Day Results
If you are sending samples to Accugenix for Same Day turnaround time (BacSeq-0, FunITS-0 or AccuPRO-ID-0), we require notification prior to their arrival. Please contact Technical Support at +1.302.292.8888 with shipper and tracking number. These samples must be shipped for arrival at Accugenix by 8:30 AM ET. We cannot guarantee results by 5:00 PM ET for samples received later than 8:30 AM ET. Results for Same Day TAT samples received after 8:30 AM ET will be sent as soon as available, however, no later than 12:00 PM ET the next business day. Same Day TAT charge will apply.
If you are sending samples to the Institut für Hygiene for Same Day turnaround (BacSeq-0, FunITS-0 or AccuPRO-ID-0), we require notification prior to their arrival. Please contact the Institut für Hygiene at +49 (0)251.83.55690 with the shipper and tracking number. These samples must be shipped for arrival at the Institut für Hygiene by 8:30 AM Central European Time (CET). We do not guarantee results by 24:00 CET for samples received later than 8:30 AM CET. Results for Same Day TAT samples received after 8:30 Central European Time (CET) will be sent as soon as available the next business day. Same Day TAT charge will apply.
