Accugenix is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major US holidays and does not routinely accept samples on these days. In the event you require same day microbial identification results on a Saturday, Accugenix is prepared to support you. So that Accugenix can receive your shipment on a Saturday and process your same day samples, please contact Technical Support by 3:00 PM ET on Friday. Upon receipt of your call, we will schedule our lab services to meet your organization's needs. Additional fees will apply.

AgenoLab is a qualified sub-contractor of Accugenix operating under an approved Quality Agreement. Laboratory processing of samples will be performed by AgenoLab. Resulting sample data will be securely transferred from AgenoLab to Accugenix for analysis, review and reporting. AgenoLab recognizes most major German holidays and will be closed. Please contact Technical Support with questions regarding holiday observances and resulting effect on TAT.

*Please ensure cultures in broth are pure. A mixture of organisms in a broth may require additional time and delay results.
