- Complete an Identification Request Form. This can be done electronically through our website, or it can be done manually.
- Prepare Your samples.
- Package and ship your samples.

Accugenix is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major US holidays and does not routinely accept samples on these days. In the event you require same day microbial identification results on a Saturday, Accugenix is prepared to support you. So that Accugenix can receive your shipment on a Saturday and process your same day samples, please contact Technical Support by 3:00 PM ET on Friday. Upon receipt of your call, we will schedule our lab services to meet your organization's needs. Additional fees will apply.
