Follow the tips below to make sure your samples arrive intact and ready to be processed upon arrival.
- Enclose a completed and signed Identification Request Form with each shipment.
- Use triple containment with absorbent material when shipping live organisms.
- For refrigeration of samples on any type of media, please use ice packs instead of ice or dry ice to prevent damage to the integrity of the media.
- Pack samples with cushioning material to prevent damage in shipping.
- Ship for overnight delivery, unless sending Same Day samples (see below).
- If you are sending samples to Accugenix for Same Day turnaround (BacSeq-0 or FunITS-0), we require notification prior to their arrival. Please contact Customer Support at +1.302.292.8888 with shipper and tracking number. These samples must be shipped for arrival at Accugenix by 8:30 AM ET. We do not guarantee results by 5:00 PM ET for samples received later than 8:30 AM ET. We will charge the Same day TAT pricing for samples received after 8:30 AM ET if results are sent no later than 12:00 PM ET the following day.
- If you are sending samples to AgenoLab for Same Day turnaround (BacSeq-0 or FunSeq-0), we require notification prior to their arrival. Please contact AgenoLab at +49.(0)711.351.3842 with the shipper and tracking number. These samples must be shipped for arrival at AgenoLab by 8:30 AM Central European Time (CET). We do not guarantee results by 24:00 CET for samples received later than 8:30 AM CET. We will charge the Same day TAT pricing for samples received after 8:30 AM CET and results will be sent as soon as possible the next business day.
