- Strain typing by single or multi-locus sequencing (SLST or MLST) Sequence-based strain typing method.
- Custom sequencing DNA sequencing of regions outside of the standard regions sequenced for microbial identification for Research & Development projects. Contact Technical Support to establish a procedure and timeline.
- Custom sequence libraries Customer defined sample sequences are maintained in a custom reference library to be used for sample comparison and reference. Contact your Technical Support Specialist for more information.
- Custom procedures - Any sample handling outside of identification or characterization which may or may not lead to a need for identification. Examples include sample incubation, sample filtration, sample enumeration, and growth of special types of samples.
